He is survived by: his father Curtis Johnson Sr.; his siblings, Dan Johnson (Shirley) of Crystal, Rebecca Linstrom (Robert) of South Haven, MI and Curtis Johnson Jr. (Lisa) of Minneapolis; his siblings' children, Rachel Johnson and John Linstrom (Monique); his great-niece Chloe; his nephew Benjamin Linstrom (Emily); his siblings' children, Samuel Linstrom and Grace Johnson; his close friend Beth Jamison; Eero. He is also survived by his other extended family and many friends.
