He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rions and Lola Rions; and his sister JoLynn Rions. He is survived by: his wife Carla Rions; his sister-in-law Tamera Schott; his daughters, Brande Westerberg and Tami Black (Ben); and his siblings, Cindy Gladden (Randy), Kris Jackson (Jeffrey) and Todd Rions (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as many grandchildren and, great-grandchildren.
