With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iona Albright of Northfield, Minnesota, who passed away on April 24, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond O. Nelson and Ethel Nelson; her husband William DeWayne Albright; her parents-in-law, DeWitt and Mae Albright; her sister Lorna Erickson; and her siblings-in-law, Clarence Erickson, Charles Bachman, Clara Mae, Robert Ross, Reginald Miller, Lloyd Rick, June Rick Wittenberg and Walt Wittenberg.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Sowers (Russ) of Parkers Prairie, Bonnie Johnson (Mark) of Northfield, Angela Newton (Jeff) of Oronoco and Ryan Albright (Allison) of Northfield; her grandchildren, Jared Sowers (Caroline), Shelby Sowers, Andrew Johnson, Evan Johnson, Justin Newton (Nikki), Alison Kendall (Alex), Nicholas Albright and Grace Albright; her sister Luanne Bachman of St. Louis Park; and her sister-in-law Virginia Miller of Bayport. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
