He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernard, Donna Carothers, Nancy Winter, Eddie and Wanda Wise; his uncle Thomas Carothers; and his pet Meike.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Wise and Bonnie Wise of North Port, Florida; his sisters, Jamie McKnight (Chris) of Farmington, Amber Rounsville (Lincoln) of Willmar and Nikki Cody (Brian) of Rosemount; and his nieces and nephews, Aiden, Finnegan, Harlen, Arlo, Audrey, Crosby, Riley, Patrick and Thomas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the White Funeral Home- Farmington (901 3rd St, Farmington, MN 55024). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Northfield Hospital + Clinics Cancer Care Fund.
