He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Harder and Ruth Harder (Leverson); and his brother-in-law Gene Fossum. He is survived by: his wife Judy Harder (family: Michelle Svalland) of Odin; his children, Megan Svalland (Allyson Wiblemo) and Macy Svalland (Nik Samuelson); his great grandchildren, Drayden Moldan, Maxwell Svalland (Kaitlin) and Stacey Stade (Dennis); his children, Emma, Samuel and Elena Stade; and his sister Rosalyn Fossum of Albert Lea. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Robert D. Harder Community Center. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (201 S County Rd 19, Odin, MN 56160).
In lieu of flowers, family prefers memorials to: St. James 840 Foundation, Odin Community Club, and Watonwan Relay for life.
