He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Albert Brink and Ivanette Brink (Wilson); his brother Phillip; his daughter Carol; his granddaughter Kelli Rhoan; his in-laws, Herman and Opal Dargus; his stepchildren, Karla Sparby and Steve Nelson; his nephew Sean Dargus; and his close friend Dean Lawrenz (Sassy).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Debbie Rhoan (Kerry) and Tami Gould (Tony); his stepsons, Jeff Nelson (Connie), Greg Nelson and Bryan Nelson (Jodi); his grandchildren, Kameron Rhoan, Amanda and Gracie Gould; his brother-in-law Ron Dargus (Corine); and his niece Brittani.
