He is survived by: his children, Doug Ervin (Sarah), Dan Ervin (Jolene), Dave Ervin (Jan), Peggy Tersteeg (Alan), Bill Ervin (Shelly), Pete Ervin (Malisa), Mary Blume (Jeff) and Benjamin Ervin (Lisa); and his friend Watson. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; forty-seven great-grandchildren.
