She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Kubesh and Mary Kubesh (Roeder); her son Leonard "Lenny" Heutinck; and her brothers, Jacob Kubesh and James Kubesh.
She is survived by: her sister Bernice Rubischko of Gibbon; and her sibling's children, Timothy Rubischko, Linda Banks, Anthony Rubischko, Allen Rubischko and Mary Dallmann. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
