She is survived by: her mother Arlene Ballard (Bormann) of Willmar; her siblings, Caron Wartman (Dale) of Atwater, AJ Clark of Willmar and Gayle McClain (Dave) of Willmar; and her close friend Tony Blokzyl. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
