She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye Ellis and Clara Ellis (Timm); her husband Woody Leindecker; and her siblings, Larry Ellis (Laverne) and Judy Strama (Joe).

She is survived by: her children, Jo (Dale) of Rapid City, SD, Sue Van Eps of Willmar, Pam (Bill) of Andover, Barb (Scott) of Bird Island, Paul (Beth) of Woodbury and Lisa (Joseph) of Olivia; her grandchildren, Brett, Josh (Kelsey), Mike (Becky), Claire, John (Megan), Grant (Sarah), Brock (Tatiana), Regan, Jack, Luke (Morgan) and Kate; her great grandchildren, Heavyn (Nate), Ashlyn (Daltin), Ella, Maddie, Caylee, Lyla, Nash, Kristen, Michael and Lydia; and her brother Gordy (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith United Methodist Church (202 9th St S, Olivia, MN 56277). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
