She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Malecek and Celia Malecek (Trochlil); her daughter Renee Hammack; her sister Cecelia "Babe"; her brother-in-law Frank Houdek; and her brothers, Leonard Malecek and Henry.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Dyrssen; and her children, Roberta Good (Tom) of Fremont, NE, Rhonda Gass (John) of Bird Island, Rebecca Stahl (Tom) of Barnesville, Robyn Herdina (Nathan) of Olivia and Ryan Dyrssen (Lisa) of Olivia. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Renville County Hospice or Renville County Walk in the Park.
