He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Phillips and Lucille Phillips (Neunsinger); his brother Michael Phillips; and his brothers-in-law, Dick Bloom and Charlie Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Schultz (Samantha) of Atwater, Jennifer Schultz (Rudy) of Montevideo and Lisa Baird of Montevideo; his grandchildren, Andrew, Alexus, Ethan, Jordan, Zach, Alayna, Teagan, Sara, Sean and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Alayah and Jaelyn; his siblings, Pam Bloom of St. Cloud, Donald Phillips (Joann) of St. Cloud, Joan Johnson of Willmar and Jerry Phillips (Linda) of Willmar; and also Jeff Baird of Danube. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the American Legion Post No. 167 (220 19th Ave SW, Willmar, MN 56201).
