He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Deziel and Dorothy Ann Deziel (Johnson); his former wife Mary Bauman; and his siblings, Sandy Smith and Tom Deziel.
He is survived by: his wife Judi Christoffersen; his children, Karma Unverzagt (John) of Champlin, Josh Deziel (Jen) of Princeton and Ben Deziel (Jenny) of Lino Lakes; his stepson Brian Christoffersen of Owatonna; his brother Ted (Barb) of Woodbury; and his siblings-in-law, Russell Smith and Betty Deziel. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
