He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Kathie (Lon), Jeanette (Dave), Lori (Don), John and Melissa (Tom); and his stepchildren, Nessa, Tracy (Bill) and Shannon (Freedom). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
