She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Wittlief and Marian Wittlief (King); her siblings, Richard Wittleif and Gloria Skelly; her brother-in-law Jim Skelly; her son-in-law Jay Hodge; and her grandson Justin Mann.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Meyer; her children, Kathreen Smiley (Tim), Michael Meyer (Sue), Christine Hodge, John Jr. Meyer (Nancy) and Stacy Kisro (Kim); and her sisters, Marlene Skelly and Ellen Swanson (Gene). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Mahler Chapel (209 1st Ave NW, Pine Island, MN 55963). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Pax Christi Parish in Rochester, Minnesota.
