He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Cook and Edith Cook (Stowe); his siblings, William (Bill), Philip Cook (Phil) and Pauline Kelsch; and his grandson Alex Cook.
He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Janine Johnson; his children, Tim Cook (Linette) of Eagle River, AK, Debbie Eickhoff (Don) of Rochester, MN, David Cook (Tammy Wood) of International Falls, MN, Jack Cook (Tammy) of Ranier, MN and John Cook (Beth) of Orr, MN; and his sister-in-law Dolores Jacobson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
