He was predeceased by: his parents, Waino Hamalainen and Jennie Hamalainen. He is survived by: his children, Pam Rosencrans, Roger Hamalainen and Julie Miller (Dave); his grandchildren, Christina Barnes (Mike), Ashley Kann (Jason), Jennifer Nordly (Nate), Blaine Rosencrans, James Rosencrans, Michael Hamalainen (Katrina), Lexi Frye (Duel) and Noah Miller; and his siblings, Kathleen Morse (Frank) and Glen Hamaline (Barbara). He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
