With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecelia Keenan (Osseo, Minnesota), who passed away on October 17, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nelson and Maxine Nelson (Hauber); her brother Roland; and her daughter-in-law Katie. She is survived by: her sons, Ryan (Jennifer) and Matthew; her grandchildren, Elise and Grayson; and her siblings, Marilee Nelson, Roberta Sinotte (Robert), Paula Nelson, Suzanne Small, Amy Trossen, Rita Niemczyk (Jerry), Gordon Nelson and Leona Hamrock (Gregory). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
