He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Radzak and Evelyn Radzak; and his sister Julie Turnberg. He is survived by: his girlfriend Eileen Emly; his siblings, Lee Radzak (Jane) and Valerie Brady; and his brother-in-law Gary Turnberg. He is also survived by nieces and nephew, great nieces and nephews, any many dear friends.
