He is survived by: his children, Stacy Dillon (Mike) and Judd Howie (Kathleen); and his grandchildren, Brady, Tyler, Hunter, Brianna, Kaylin, Conor and Cole.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Evans Nordby Funeral Home (34 2nd St NE, Osseo, MN 55369). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Ft. Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Alzheimer Association.
