He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his stepfather Jerome Myers; his siblings, Jerry Jr. Higgins (Debbie), Mike Myers (Kathy), Cathy Myers (Bob Doty), Jim Myers (Liz), Darcy Wessman (Keith) and Deana Palmer (Jeff); his stepchildren, Jeremy Kittleson (Maelee) and Jessica Hartmann (Brian); his grandchildren, Emma, Madison, Johnathan Kittleson, Sophia Grossman and Amelia Hartmann; and his great grandchildren, Tesla and Hannah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
