She is survived by: her husband Scott Futrell; her children, Nicole Miller (Woodie Dixon, Jr.) and Ryan Miller (Amy); and her siblings, Lynn Hicks, Jean (Hicks), Waltari (Bob), Joan Hicks, Toni Decker (Hicks), Jim Hicks (Becky), Mark Hicks and Michael Hicks (Maria). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
