He was predeceased by: his grandfather Dr. T. J. Jensen; his parents, J. Edward Love and Eleanore Jensen Love; his brother-in-law Hap Howard; and his grandson Wesley Richard Martindale.
He is survived by: his wife Lee Isaacson Kohlts (Leilani); his siblings, Tom Love (Jeannine) of Duluth and Carol Howard; his siblings-in-law, Stan Kohlts (Barb) of Duluth, Arnie Isaacson (Judy) of Moose Lake and Donna Horngren (Scott) of Duluth; his children, Melissa Aitken (Wayne) of Vadnais Heights and Daniel Love (Tonya) of Elk River; his grandchildren, Hannah Love (Nick), Isaiah (Kasey) and Josie Jung (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Grace and Henry Love. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evans-Nordby Funeral Home (34 2nd St NE, Osseo, MN 55369). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
