He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rudy Skogen and Louise Skogen; his wife Juliann Olson (Julie); his children, Rachel Johnson (Brent), Mark Skogen (Katya), Sarah Morgan (Heath) and Elizabeth Smith (Dallas); his grandchildren, Avery, Dominic, Evan, Hudson, Colin and Hannah; and his aunt Alice.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel-Maple Grove (13745 Reimer Dr N, Osseo, MN 55311). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
