He is survived by: his former wife Lisa Arth; his children, Sean Regan (Sherry) of Buckeye, AZ, Suzanne Rodewald (Brandon) of Mankato, MN, Erin MacDonald (Bo) of Hermosa Beach, CA, Thomas Regan Jr. of Buckeye, AZ, Mary Regan (Loren Beltz) of Mankato, MN and Robert Regan of Buckeye, AZ.; his siblings, David Regan (Bonnie) of Maple Grove, Teresa Umland (Bruce) of Maple Grove, Mark Regan of Osseo and Patricia Ringler (Michael) of Champlin; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Arlie, Chase, Vanessa, Violet and Cash.
