It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Skaran of Ostrander, Minnesota, who passed away on September 12, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Ruud and Dora Ruud (Kohn); her husband Norbert; her brother Ronald Ruud; and her stepbrother Norman Jacobson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Skaran (Marjory), Candace Lovelace and Richard Skaran (Pamela); and her stepsister Beverly Thorson of Wilmar, MN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
