She was predeceased by: her father Bill Kozlowski. She is survived by: her friend Whitey; her husband Whitey; her stepdaughter Jaci Sturdevant (Hayden) of Perham; her granddaughter Saylor Sturdevant; her mother Betsy Kozlowski of Bemidji, MN; her sisters, Sherry Russell (Gary) of Bemidji, Karen Mitchell (Pat) of Callaway, MN, Jill Hagge (Bob) of Bemidji and Kristi Kozlowski of Cedar Park, TX; and her brothers-in-law, Bill Schuett (Nancy) of Edina, MN and Tim Schuett (Beth) of Detroit Lakes. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Empowering Kids in Perham or the Ottertail Community and Wellness Center.
