He was predeceased by: his father William Edward Blair; and his sister Kay Marie Blair. He is survived by: his mother Pauline Esther Blair (Noke); his sons, William Prasert Blair and Paul Kamolphop Blair; and his siblings, Robert (Marina), David (Pam) and Rachel (Jeff Christenson). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
