Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoover and Lillian Hoover (Fuhs); his wife Ramona; his daughters, Sarah and Lynn Hoover; and his brother Richard Hoover.
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Hoover (Larissa) of Richfield and Kelly Hoover of Bloomington; and his sisters, Janet Johnson of Coon Rapids and Nancy Christensen of Aitkin. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Koop Funeral Home (32 E Main St, Crosby, MN 56441). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
