She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cooper and Orvella Cooper (Besser); her husband Harold Hornstein of John's Lutheran Church; and her brothers, Larry and Dale Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Kubat (Jarl) of Surprise, AZ and Cheryl Rainey (Darrell) of Lake City, MN; her grandchildren, Michael Terrill (Sheila), Jessica Mealy (Aaron), Brady Kubat (Darcy) and Sadie Jensen (Matt); her close friend Dale Sandborg; and her brother Gary Cooper (Sandy). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
