She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Ceplecha and Eleanor Ceplecha; her nephew Jason Ceplecha; and her grandson Derek Bulver. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Honza; her children, Julie Clark (Rich), Tamara Foncerrada (Alberto), Laurie Runtz (Tom), Shannon Honza (Lisa), Christine Scripture (Cameron) and Angie Palamara (Matt); her grandchildren, Mason, Lily, Liam, Brandon, Riley, Lucas, Milo, Kieren and Andrew; and her siblings, Leonard Ceplecha (Cheryl), Gary Ceplecha, David Ceplecha (Joann), Jean Reid (Rick), Dennis Ceplecha (MaryKay) and Terry Condon (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, or the family encourages acts of kindness in Carolyn's memory.
