He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Gallagher and Emily Gallagher (Roeder); his wife Rosemary Conway; his children, Kevin Gallagher (Marie) of Owatonna, Maureen Wencl of Medford, Kerry Gallagher (Jackie) of Champlin, Greg Gallagher (Kelly) of Owatonna, Jeff Gallagher (Brenda) of Owatonna and Steve Gallagher (Carol) of Granite Shoals, TX.; his brother Robert Gallagher (Shirley) of Onalaska, WI.; his daughter Glenette; and his siblings, Francis Frie and Joseph Gallagher. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to St. Mary's School in Owatonna.
