He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Spitzack and Eileen Spitzack (Schiprett); his sons, Richard "Rick" Spitzack and Randy Spitzack; and his son-in-law Dwayne Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife June; his daughters, Stephanie Hanson (Mark), Vicki Anderson and Kelly Schwichtenberg; his siblings, Jim Spitzack (Becky) and Janet Novak (Frank); and his stepchildren, Tiffany Knuppe (Casey) and Leland Johnson (Shelly). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
