She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick VanRavenhorst and Esther VanRavenhorst (Miers); her brothers-in-law, John Heemsbergen, Richard Young and Dennis Sutter; and her niece Bernice Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Schroht of Owatonna; her siblings, Brian VanRavenhorst (Diane Westcott) of International Falls, Steven VanRavenhorst (Debi) of Clarks Grove, Dorothy Young of Granite Falls, AnnaLee Heemsbergen of Albert Lea and Carol Riskedahl (Donn) of Clarks Grove; her sister-in-law Joan Sutter of Hastings; and her adoptive parents, Ben, Heidi, Kate, Cora and Macy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Michaelson Funeral Home - Owatonna (1930 Austin Rd, Owatonna, MN 55060).
Memorials are preferred to the First Baptist Church in Blooming Prairie.
