He is survived by: his children, Jody Hayden-Butler (David) of Des Moines, IA, Jackie Hayden (John Calverley) of Racine, WI and Jason Hayden (Jessica) of Owatonna, MN; his stepchildren, Tonya Robinson, Vickie Lebanousky, Randy White and Gia Santiago; his grandchildren, Alyssa Dale (Dillon), Alexis Vandenberg (Chase), Adelyn Hayden, Adam LaFond (Tabitha), Aubrey Hernandez (Adam) and Winter Sette (John); and his great grandchildren, Jacelyn, Racheal, Olivia, Julian, Penelope, Parker, Baleigh and Lane. He is also survived by many other step grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
