He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Rasmussen and Gwendolyn Rasmussen (Bailey); and his cousin Brian Nelson. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Noah and Rylie Millhouse; his wife Sandy Spinler; and his cousins, Zetty Claire Nelson (Bailey), Craig Bailey (Lori), Doug Nelson (Dawn), Barb Nelson, Brad Nelson (Sharon) and Gregg Nelson (Denise). He is also survived by several other family members and honorary grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Steele County Free Fair in his memory.
