He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Sampson and Eleanor Sampson (Waseca); his wife Eileen; his siblings, Clarence Sampson (Norma) and Marianne Malecha (Gus); his brothers-in-law, Robert Arnfelt (Joyce) and Tony Arnfelt; his nephew Jeff; his siblings-in-law, Rick Arnfelt (Mary Jane) and Gail Arnfelt; his nephew Patrick; Oscar and Eleanor Sampson.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Anthony and Daniel Roy; his daughter-in-law Jodi Sampson (Malloy); his grandchildren, Sydney, Sam and Lily; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Waddington, Paul Arnfelt and Iona Arnfelt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Good Shepherd Church.
