He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Jacobson and Mary Jane Jacobson (Roebuck). He is survived by: his wife Sue Jacobson; his children, Nicole Jacobson (Josef Gaskill) and Erik Jacobson (MaRita); his stepdaughter Kathleen Reilly; his granddaughter Zoe Jacobson; his sister Judy Rowley (Tom); and his nephews, Matt Rowley (Kim) and Greg Rowley (Sara).

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
