It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Alice DeShanne (Owatonna, Minnesota), who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Haberman and Mary Haberman (Rysavy); her brother Meinard Haberman; and her sister-in-law Connie Haberman. She is survived by : her greatest creations, Matthew Haberman (Missy Anderson), Capri Mikula (Michael), Joshua, Brandon DeShanne, Nicholas DeShanne (Lisa) and Dallas DeShanne (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Cody, Tristen, Tori, Matthew, Gabrielle, Amelia, Alayna, Lucille and Josephine; her great grandchildren, Liam, Christian, Sawyer, Noah, Ijla and Ashton; her pet Buddy; her brothers, Robert "Bobby Jo" Haberman and Edward Haberman (Nelda); and her sister-in-law Janice Haberman.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 9:45 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (9946 SE 24th Ave, Owatonna, MN 55060). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
