He is survived by: his wife Susan Kuka (Sue); his children, James, Justin (Katie) and Jordan Hoffman (Frank); and his grandchildren, Kaleb, Liam, Lucas, Lacey, Everly Hayden and Norah Hoffman. He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins and friends.
