He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Thorpe and Gladys Thorpe (Mustard); and his wife Mary Louise Thorpe. He is survived by: his brother Wayne Thorpe of Ft. Scott, KS; and his sons, Richard Thorpe (Anita) of Fremont, CA, Dr. James Thorpe of Cassville, MO, Timothy Thorpe of Owatonna and John Thorpe of Owatonna. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
