He was predeceased by: his mother Guadalupe (Garcia); his wife Silvia; his sister Rosa Perez; his siblings-in-law, Jose Herrera and Dora Perez; his niece Daniella Herrera; his great-nephew Brandon Garza; his uncle Raphael Garcia, Jr.; and his aunts, Elena Zuniga and Elva Saldana.
He is survived by: his children, Macario Guzman (Stephanie Ramgren), Rafael De La Rosa, Veronica Perez, Olga Perez, Leroy De La (Stephanie Martinez) and Ronnie De La (Brian Scurlock); his siblings, Larry Perez, Maria Soto (Manuel), Cecilia Garza (Jesse), Mike Munoz, Peter Munox, Juana Paramo (Gerardo), Hilda Nieves (Johnny), Apolinar Munoz (Anna) and Bobby Munoz (Elodia); and his aunt Susie Deleon. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
