He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Sorenson and Jenny Sorenson (Strand); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Skorka; his children, Raymond Sorenson and Patricia Omann (Steve); his grandchildren, Ryan, Brad (Aren) and Jason Omann (Mary); his great grandchildren, Norah and Baker Omann; and his niece Kay-Ann Mattson (Don).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Owatonna Foundation, Trinity Lutheran Church, or an organization of the donor's choice.
