He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Grebe and Kay Grebe; his parents-in-law, Vernon and Gladys Flood; and his brothers-in-law, Allen and John Flood.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Kathy); his children, Laura Shadewald (Jerry) of Prairie du Sac, WI, Carolyn Martinez (Orlando) of Richfield, MN, Suzanne Sopko (Ben) of Richfield, MN, Nick (Bridget) of Minneapolis, MN and Ben of Blooming Prairie, MN.; his grandchildren, Aida, Greta, Lila, Levi Shadewald, Dayana, Dainuivis, Orlando, Adair Martinez, Frances and Laverne Grebe; his great grandchildren, Alaia, Matias and Alana; and his sister Beth Grebe.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A rosary will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Brick-Meger Funeral Home (1603 Austin Rd, Owatonna, MN 55060). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (512 S Elm Ave, Owatonna, MN 55060).
Memorials may be given to Smile Train or Heifer International.
