He is survived by : his wife Donna Jensen; his children, Jeff Herzog and Michelle Cashman; his grandchildren, Jenna, Caitlin, Bryan, Haley, Hunter and Dylan; his great grandchild Levi; and his siblings, Linda Klecker (Lavern) and Kevin Herzog (Mary).
