He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel P. Woods and Bernadine Woods (Lilly); his wife Ardis Christiansen; his children, Nick Woods (Tara Terpstra) of Owatonna, Jen Woods of Owatonna, Madelyn, Dorien and Lilly; and his siblings, Steve Woods, Sonya Shippy (Ken), Sarita Woods, Sally Alexandres (Stefan) and Sandy Bricker.

It will be required that all participants follow the Covid-19 guidelines and wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Parkinson's Foundation, American Parkinson's Disease Association, or New Life Community Church in Owatonna.
