William Donald Gasner Obituary
We announce the death of William Donald Gasner of Owatonna, Minnesota, who passed away on September 15, 2026, at the age of 74. William will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Gasner and Evelyn Gasner; his siblings, Joan Giorgio (Donald), Susan Klinkhammer, Robert Gasner and Tom Gasner; his sisters-in-law, Pat Gasner, Dorothy Gasner and Michele Wiegand; his mother-in-law Ruth Morrell; his brother-in-law Veryl Morrell; his nieces, Jean Gasner and Stacy Klinkhammer; and his nephew Dr. Kurt Gasner.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi Morrell; his children, Eric Gasner, Wendy Gasner and Jodi Gasner; his grandchildren, Olivia Copeland, Brayden Bentley, Charlotte and Beatrice Gasner; his siblings, Mary Pat Eastwood (Willy), Paul Gasner (Joan) and Sid Gasner; and his siblings-in-law, David Klinkhammer, Ilene Gasner, Nancy Morrell and Audrey Morrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (2500 7th Ave NE, Owatonna, MN 55060). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
