We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 79, Doris Mae Mitchell of Park Rapids, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Thielbar and Clarabelle Thielbar; and her siblings, Eva Beck and Robert Thielbar. She is survived by : her husband Dan; her daughters, Laura Pate (James), Christine Jessen (Kevin) and Colleen Guck (Steve); her grandchildren, Rebecca (Tom), Tyler (Nikki), Nick and Nate; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Marie and Leo; and also Thomas. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and many special friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northern Lakes Church (100 Pleasant St, Nevis, MN 56467). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
