Lowell Lance Jones Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 19, 2026, at the age of 80, Lowell Lance Jones of Park Rapids, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Jones and Theda Jones (Huddleston); his in-laws, Harry and Carrie Wagner; his brother Gary; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Kosmider, Dennis, Bruce and Kenneth Wagner.

He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Jones of Park Rapids, MN; his children, Dawn Pappas (David) and Douglas Jones (Lisa Larison); his grandchildren, Dylan Jones (Emily), Nicholas Pappas (Greta), Zachary Jones (Misa), Aaron Pappas (Jenna), Grant Pappas (Katie) and Olivia Jones (Kalin); his brother Scott Jones; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Wagner, Eunice Wagner, Leslie Wagner, Carolyn James (Chris) and Michelle Kendall. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

Lanny's family suggests memorials to the St. Joseph's Area Hospice and the Headwaters Animal Shelter in lieu of flowers.
