He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Sarbaum (Puttonen). He is survived by: his father Elmer Koski; his sister Renee Hall; his aunt Ella; and his uncles, Eugene Puttonen (Vicki), David Puttonen (Rhonda), Don Puttonen (Bonnie), Harold Koski and Robert Koski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
